Dragoş CĂLIN
Este doctor în drept al Universităţii Bucureşti cu teza de doctorat „Regimul juridic al societţilor de investiţii” (2013) şi consilier juridic al S.I.F. Transilvania.
În completarea experienţei profesionale este arbitru pe lista Curţii de Arbitraj Comercial Internaţional de pe lângă Camera de Comerţ şi Industrie a României şi pe lista Curţii de Arbitraj de pe lângă Camera de Comerţ Braşov.
Nu în ultimul rând, Dragoş CĂLIN este membru în colegiul de redacţie al unor reviste de specialitare şi autor de carte juridică, articole şi comentarii de jurisprudenţă în domenul dreptului societar, dreptul pieţei de capital.
He is a Ph.D. in Law of the University of Bucharest with the Ph.D. thesis “The Legal Regime of the Investment Companies” (2013) and legal advisor of S.I.F. Transilvania.
In addition to his professional experience, he is an arbitrator on the list of the International Commercial Arbitration Court attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania and on the list of the Arbitration Court attached to the Brasov Chamber of Commerce.
Last but not least, Dragoş CĂLIN is a member of the editorial board of specialty journals and author of legal books, articles and commentary on jurisprudence in the field of corporate law, capital market law.
